Meadow Grove Celebrates 100% Occupancy

All of us at Meadow Grove Transitional Care are honored and thrilled to share that we have reached our goal of 100% occupancy within our building! The leadership and staff members gathered this week to celebrate this outstanding achievement. Meadow Grove is a 99-bed skilled nursing facility in Grove City, Ohio, that offers short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. This means that we have the ability to serve 99 members of our community at any given time.



This time last year, the facility set a goal of 100% occupancy. Reaching this goal is a testament to our ability to care for each resident and adhere to the Culture of Care standards that Foundations Health has set upon us. It is a reminder to our staff that we have the ability to be the change in our community, to make an impact and a difference. It shows that the Culture of Care we've embodied and shared with our community is valued and cherished. This level of care is more than nurses passing out meds. It includes the events our Activity Department coordinates and the clean, comfortable environment our Housekeeping Department maintains. It even includes the warm, delicious meals our kitchen provides daily.

Our team should be very proud of themselves. Reaching 100% occupancy is a true reflection of the care they provide every resident at Meadow Grove. When great care is given, word spreads in the community, and the results are higher occupancy rates. We will continue to make a difference in our community, one resident at a time.
