Our experience with my husband, Richard, at Meadow Grove Transitional Care Center was excellent! He received such good care and attention. The center is very comfortable, clean, and attractive. The administrative & nursing staff were always on top of things, informative, and caring. My husband's room was cheerful, uncluttered, and spacious. It was a quiet and peaceful setting. We are so thankful he could receive his much needed care there.

Meadow Grove is a phenomenal place for residents, as well as for employees. Since transferring to Meadow Grove in August, it has become my home away from home. My nurse was extremely patient with me when I was in severe pain. She was very kind and called the on call doctor for me. She respected my privacy but also kept the door slightly open so that she could monitor me throughout the night. Both aides were so helpful and came immediately when I needed them. These people did their job very well!

Therapists are uniformly excellent with Amanda, Chad, and Kristen worthy of extra note.  Nursing Staff has also been very good.  Of the day staff I'd like to mention Leah, Donie (first to demonstrate that 1 aide could transfer me) and Leslie (who taught me transition techniques after I became weight bearing). Night Nurses include Brandi (who always works at 110%), Alea, Doretta, Erica, and Michaela.  The Nurses Jamie and Christie also deserve special note.

My Father became a Meadow Grove Resident in March of 2017, which has been a wonderful experience to say the least. He appreciates the living environment, the professionalism of the staff, and the overall quality of life your facility provides.

In interacting with the Meadow Grove team, I have found all members to be personable, professional, and concerned for the overall well-being of my dad. The Level of Attention became even more evident when my dad fell ill, they called the Doctor got him out to the hospital where he was admitted for care.

My family is extremely thankful that my dad is blessed to have such a caring nurse taking part in my dad’s life. Brittney took the time and effort, to get to know my dad, and understand him as a person. It was through their relationship and the endless concern and diligence that he got the medical attention he needed.

Meadow Grove should be honored to have such medical professionals on their team. Brittney that helped my dad during this difficult time, she is a true asset and a living example of how the actions of one person can make a difference.

All too often people are quick to complain, but not offer a testament to a job well done. It’s my pleasure to speak on behalf of my family of a job well done by Brittney. If the Meadow Grove team continues to have team members like Brittney, the facility and the service delivery will thrive.

The aides were exceptional! The one that stood out was Hannah! She was a sweetheart! The staff in rehab were also exceptional! I know the first few times they tried to get me to even stand was an issue. I fought everything! After the crew kept working with me I finally was able to walk out of there even though it was on a walker! I appreciate the help I was given!! It’s a friendly place.

From housekeeping all the way to administration, I have been treated with kindness and respect. I am amazed that every single person in the Physical Therapy Dept. has been great! Not only have they been kind to me, but just tough enough to keep me focused on my healing. Their care about my well-being, both physical and emotional, restores my faith in humanity. The healthcare industry is probably the hardest and yet most under-rated business ever known. Empathy comes from the heart not medical school and the employees at this care center show this and a complete host of other necessary qualities that sets you apart from just average. This business model should be used at all healthcare facilities.

Meadow Grove is a friendly and beautiful place to spend time recovering from an illness, surgery, or just to do some rehab. I've never seen a medical facility as clean as this one and would definitely give it a five-star rating for cleanliness. The food here is absolutely GREAT. They have a wonderful chef here as well as a really good nutritionist. The rehab team was friendly, helpful, and seemed like a "family within a family."

I have received high quality and professional care at all levels of services while recuperating from surgery at Meadow Grove. Everyone, without exception, has shown diligence, compassion, and an eagerness to facilitate my successful recovery. As examples: the nutritionist visited me on several occasions to ensure my satisfaction with meals, physical therapy challenged me while assisting with my physical capabilities. My room was kept fresh and clean by staff and administration. Were knowledge and able to answer my questions and address my concerns. Transitioning from hospital to home at Meadow Grove has been a positive experience and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone requiring intermediate care.

For starters, I can't say enough about Meadow Grove Transitional Care Center. All of the staff were so kind and understanding of my limitations. The STNA's were great, as were the nurses. The room I was in was very nice and I had no problem moving around in it. So thank you, all of you, for a good look into what I needed to do!
