Veterans Honored at Grove City Nursing Home

Freedom is not free, and here at Meadow Grove Transitional Care Center, we enjoyed celebrating and recognizing those who made sacrifices for our freedom.

With the help of Bella Hospice and the Grove City High School NJROTC, we were able to honor our veterans. Our residents enjoyed celebrating our veterans with a pinning ceremony and a reception. Also, we were able to send out over 100 Christmas cards to our active-duty military.

We pay special tribute to our veterans for their military service to America and for advancing the universal hope of freedom and liberty for all.

As part of the Foundations Health Solutions family, Meadow Grove Transitional Care Center follows the values of nursing home developer Brian Colleran by creating a Culture of Care in our nursing home and community.
