Grove City Mayor Stops By Meadow Grove

What better way to welcome the new year than with a surprise visit from one of Grove City's government members? On December 20th, 2022, Meadow Grove residents received a special and unexpected visit from the Mayor of Grove City, Mayor Richard L. (Ike) Stage! He was very friendly, greeting the staff and residents. Many of our residents are familiar with the Mayor and recognized him right away. They were very excited to see him and even described the visit as being an honorable one. The Mayor brought along the Sunshine Gang, who helped spread Christmas cheer by going room to room Christmas caroling and handing out cards and a craft to each resident. With Christmas right around the corner, this warmed residents' hearts and got them in the holiday spirit.



Special visits like these remind our residents how important they are to the Grove City community. Mayor Stage took the time to visit with several of our residents and listen to their needs. There were many laughs and jokes involved as well. We even learned that one of Meadow Grove’s residents used to babysit the Mayor! It's always fun learning new things about our residents and their history in the community.
