Grove City Nursing Home Walks for Alzheimer’s!

This past weekend the Meadow Grove team had the opportunity to walk at the 2019 Walk to End Alzheimer’s at Huntington Park in Columbus!

While the team works with residents with diagnoses Alzheimer’s daily, this was an out-of-office way to support the Alzheimer’s community. The team had a wonderful time interacting with those affected including many individuals with a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s, family members affected, and other activists!

Through our Culture of Care at Meadow Grove and Foundations Health Solutions, we employ more than just workers – we employ individuals who CARE.
